1810 Belcourt is a boutique sized project that is initially rented, but will eventually be converted to condo after 5-10 years. The project is located in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood of Nashville which includes area retail, restaurants and the Vanderbilt Medical centers as well as Vanderbilt University. The property includes 36-units that are larger in square footage based on the eventual condo conversion and include 40% 2 BR and 60% 1 BR units. This again was with the condo conversation in mind. The property has 2 stories of parking with 4 stories of units above with 6 units having direct access from stair on outside. There is also an elevated courtyard with grills, landscaping, fire pit and sitting areas. This was a development project for Stonehenge.
