Artisan on Tyvola is a 12.12 acre property at the intersection of Tyvola Road and Old Pineville Road. The site includes three land parcels at the former location of Keffer Auto Dealership. The property provides residents with the convenience and excitement of urban living at an affordable price point. Charlotte’s Blue Line is just steps away from the property, connecting residents with the rest of city. In addition to the residential space, there will be approximately 8,000 square feet of common area amenities including a fitness center, yoga studio, pool, game room, clubroom, shared office space, and private office space.
