Note 16 is an 86-unit Class A multifamily rental community developed in the Music Row neighborhood included in the Downtown/West End submarket, just 2 blocks east of Vanderbilt University. Note 16 Apartments is on 0.74-acres located in the city limits of Nashville at the intersection of 16th Avenue and Horton Avenue. Note 16 include 86 studio, one and two-bedroom units in an urban setting including a elevated courtyard with fountain and landscaping, fitness center, wi-fi common areas, and lounges on each floor. Note 16’s plan features an urban design with many attributes and amenities of other successful Class A developments. Note 16’s location in the established Music Row community gives it a greater sense of community than the competitive downtown properties while still offering convenience to the downtown market’s employment and entertainment opportunities. This was a development project for Stonehenge.
