Pine25 @ Northend Apartments will consist of 295 apartments and lots for 14 townhomes. The project is located 2 blocks West of North Tryon Street from West 24th Street to West 26th Street enclosed by Catalina Avenue and North Popular Street. The property contains 3 ½ city blocks. The apartment homes will be surface parked, elevator served, and walk-up style homes. They will mimic an urban garden style apartments community spread over the 3 ½ city blocks in 3 story buildings. Over 50 units will contain garages with an additional 25 stand-alone garages offered to residents for a premium. The amenities will include a large pool courtyard, fitness center, large lounge and smaller lounges in each of the other large buildings. Stonehenge is an owner of this project.
