Tapestry Tyvola is a 12.12-acre property located at the intersection of Tyvola Road and Old Pineville Road, comprising three parcels at the former Keffer Auto Dealership site. The development offers affordable urban living just steps from Charlotte’s Blue Line, connecting residents to the rest of the city. The property will feature four four-story, elevator-served buildings with surface parking, offering studio to three-bedroom units ranging from 559 to 1,400 sq. ft. Amenities include approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of shared space, including a fitness center, yoga studio, pool, game room, clubroom, and co-working offices.

Stonehenge contributed to market research, business planning, land planning, entitlements, and building design. The project was later sold to a developer with an in-house GC, who is currently constructing the property.
