Borough 33 will feature 310 apartment units across three buildings on a 9.4-acre site at W 33rd Street and Williams Street along the South Broad Corridor. The apartments will have surface parking, elevators, and conditioned corridors, with gated parking for all residents and 30 garage spaces available for rent. A 6,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will house the leasing center, while the central courtyard will include amenities such as a fitness building, pool deck, dog park and spa, beer garden, and fire pit area. The property also offers frontage on Chattanooga’s Riverwalk Trail extension into the Alton Park Neighborhood.
