Crossroads Community - Phase 1

Crossroads Community Phase I will be developed on one of the pad-ready sites within the Crossroads Community horizontal development plan, occupying 35 acres with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The phase will include 262 units across six 4–5-story buildings with open-air corridors, elevators, and seven garage buildings. Floor plans range from 532 sq. ft. studios to 1,323 sq. ft. three-bedroom units with Class A finishes. Amenities celebrate Asheville’s outdoor lifestyle, featuring a pool, fitness center with yoga studio, grilling and fire pit area, dog wash, and playground.
