Crossroads Community - Horizontal

Crossroads Community is a 55-acre horizontal development in Asheville, North Carolina, located 2.5 miles from Downtown in the vibrant West Asheville neighborhood, with 2,500 feet of frontage on I-240/I-26 and 4,100 feet along Hominy Creek. The site plan will create three pad-ready sites for two phases of 510 Class A multifamily units developed by Stonehenge, along with a 150-unit senior living facility. Horizontal development will include a new access road with curb and gutter, landscaping, off-site traffic improvements, a greenway along Hominy Creek, and installation of all utilities.
