Artisan on Tyvola is a 12.12 acre property at the intersection of Tyvola Road and Old Pineville Road. The site includes three land parcels at the former location of Keffer Auto Dealership. The property provides residents with the convenience and excitement of urban living at an affordable price point. Charlotte’s Blue Line is just steps away from the property, connecting residents with the rest of city. In addition to the residential space, there will be approximately 8,000 square feet of common area amenities including a fitness center, yoga studio, pool, game room, clubroom, shared office space, and private office space. The property will include four four-story, elevator served buildings with on-site surface parking. The unit mix will include studio, one, two and three-bedroom units across floor plans from 559 to 1,400 square feet of livable space.
As a member of the development team, Stonehenge conducted market research and business planning, land planning and entitlements, and building plan design. The project was then sold to a developer with an in-house GC who now has project under construction.

The Collins was a well located property in Huntsville in the Research Park. It included 284-units with 2 types of buildings. They included 4 buildings that were 3-story with enclosed corridors and elevators, and the other 10 buildings were 2-story with garages attached to each apartment. The amenities were comparable to a resort with an extra large courtyard that included a resort-style pool, fitness building, yoga lawns, gas fire pits, and grilling area that included cabanas and seating areas. The property was about 25 acres and was part of 40 acre branded master-plan development, including another apartment community called The Kelvin, a senior living facility developed by Vitality Living, and 6 acres of retail / office space. The first phase of this property was a consulting project for Stonehenge, and is also next door to another Stonehenge consulting project called The Kelvin.

Amaze @ NoDa is an urban four-story apartment community located in the NoDa district of Charlotte, North Carolina. Amaze began construction in August 2018 and finished in August 2020. This was a consulting project for Stonehenge, with scope including market research and business planning, land planning and entitlements, building plan design, GC selection, construction management, and property management assistance during lease up.
Amaze created a distinctive niche and was designed to meet the needs of the cost conscience young professional and student in NoDa, Uptown, Plaza Midwood, and UNC Charlotte. The property was designed with young people in mind who want to take advantage of urban location with amenities typically not offered in an urban product. Amaze specifically addressed this preference for urban style living while offering a sense of community by being a part of the NoDa District neighborhood, near the new extension of light rail and Charlotte’s Greenway. Amaze offers elevator-served building with on-site surface parking, upgraded amenities, pool, two courtyards, and interior corridors.

Opus 31 completed in April of 2017 added depth to our sister project Opus 29, with shared amenities this 80 unit Class A multifamily community completed the project to be 219 total units and create a more institutional sized asset. Adding to the already existing upscale features and amenities, a pool courtyard, elevated courtyard with outside gazebo, large resident office space and conference room. This property was a consulting project for Stonehenge.

West 46th is the front door to one of Nashville’s most popular and vibrant Sylvan Park. Sylvan Park is a mecca for young professionals and families providing a unique combination of the charm of a historic neighborhood and the energy of Nashville’s nightlife and foodie scene. Sylvan Park is also one of the hottest, most expensive single-family housing markets in Nashville and has seen a 33% increase in sale prices over the last three years. Completed in late 2016, West 46th boasts a contemporary amenity package, modern floor plans (studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units) and contemporary urban finishes. More importantly, the property offers the urban living experience sought by Nashville’s rapidly-expanding millennial population that want easy access to job centers, lifestyle amenities, restaurants and nightlife, and, of course, the city’s world-renowned music scene. This was a development project for Stonehenge.
